“My music is a journey I want to share with listeners. Each piece reflects different sides of my creativity – from the most tender to the boldest, from the brightest to the darkest,” says Vytenis.
Vytenis is now releasing his debut album, Shades of Heart, available on vinyl, a project that brings together his original compositions and unique arrangements, highlighting his voice on the contemporary jazz stage. The album explores the intimate interplay of accordion, guitar, double bass, and string quartet, offering a rich palette of emotions and textures.
This vinyl is my long-nurtured debut album.
For me, it is not just a collection of musical pieces, but a journey I wish to share. It is my most patiently crafted creative project, where the freedom of jazz harmonizes with the elegance of classical music.
Together with Mindaugas Stumbras and Aliaksey Kryshtal, we discovered the sound of the accordion “jazz trio,” enriched by a beautiful string quartet. Long searches for arrangements, shared rehearsals, and countless hours of creation have finally become the music now in your hands – these are the shadows of our hearts.
In these tracks, I have gathered every side of my artistry – from the most delicate to the boldest, from the brightest to the darkest. This is music that gives meaning to my every day – when I am joyful, when I am sad, when I am searching for answers.
My deepest gratitude goes to you, the listener. Thank you for listening, for inspiring me to create and to grow. Thank you to my sources of inspiration, my closest people, teachers and all who contributed to the birth of this album – your presence now lives within this vinyl.

The accordion resonates both in delicate organ-like passages and in swinging jazz big band arrangements. Danielius plays the exceptional Beltuna Matrix accordion with advanced electromechanical technology, giving the instrument extraordinary depth and a wide palette of sounds – as if an entire orchestra lives within a single instrument.
This program is frequently presented at various festivals, introducing audiences to the latest accordion technologies and the unique musical dialogue between classical forms, jazz standards, and improvisation.
